Baba Ajay Singh Khalsa College is considered one of the premier educational institutions in the area. Under the guidance of Baba Ajay Singh Ji, significant progress has been made in the development of this college. In the academic year 2014–15, the college achieved major milestones. During the first session, 87 students were enrolled. In the first session, courses such as B.A., B.Sc. Medical, Non-Medical, B.Com., B.C.A., P.G.D.C.A., and various certificate courses were introduced. The college has a well-equipped computer lab, science lab, and a rich library to support students’ learning.
In the academic year 2015–16, several new courses, including B.Sc. Economics, B.Sc. Computer Science, and DCA, were launched. The college has also taken significant steps to support students from economically weaker backgrounds by offering fee concessions and scholarships from various charitable contributors.
